Molding Process
Creative Foam Medical Systems can offer a variety of unique products through both their Compression and Fusion molding processes. Regardless of the shape or variance in thickness, one of our molding processes can meet your stringent requirements. As patient comfort becomes more and more important, the demand for complex pads and positioners can be met through a molded product.
Coating
With the advancement of our Polyscan coating, we now have the ability to produce a “matte” finish that keeps the patient cool and comfortable while positioned on a pad. Packaging
Creative Foam Medical Systems has the ability to design and produce packaging for your specific products. Regardless of size or weight, we can produce a paper or plastic corrugated carton that will keep your products safe and secure. With this new equipment, we are also able to produce non-magnetic compartmentalized totes that hold positioners for convenient transport to and from the imaging suite.
