Solar Panel Laptop Charger
What Solar Panel stuff do I need to be able to plus in standard plugs?
I’m looking for some help on what to get if I wanted to be able to run things like chargers off Solar Power. I would like to know what equipment you would need to be able to plug in your standard wall-plug socket thingy, so I can run chargers, a laptop and maybe a kettle or something (not at the same time of course). I’m also NOT looking for a permanent thing to stick on top of my house, I want something that is fairly portable, and is fine out in the rain of possible.
I have no idea what I’m looking for or anything about electricity systems or anything, so I would like something as simple as possible really. Any help would be appreciated.
You can power small chargers with a fairly small set-up, but to power a kettle or something that takes a lot of energy you need a large solar set-up. You would also need an inverter to change the DC from the Solar Panels to the AC that many larger devices use. A set-up that large would have to be permanent.
