Solar Panel Reseller
How do I become a reseller for Solar Panels, tiles etc?
I am a Salesman by trait with a 9 to 5. I want to find a company that needs me to help sell cutting edge solar equipment in my local area. I’ve tried monster etc and yahoo searches etc. Any ideas?
Contact the manufacturers. Most likely they will refer you to a distributor in the area, although solar is still small enough that you may deal direct. Solar requires installation, so no company is going to deal with you direct just as a salesman, you are going to have to be able to put men on the roof to install properly so the installation doesn’t fail. If you can not do this, then you need to contact companies that do do this but are not in the area you occupy and see if they are interested in you being their representative – you sell the job and they come in and do the installation quickly without having someone sitting around an office waiting.
