Solar Panel Stand

Where is the US in the technology scale?
Third world kids have free solar-powered laptops, and almost all of Europe has universal wireless internet – where ever you stand.
Germany is covered with solar-electric panels, and France leads the world in nuclear-generated power.
Dell or IBM do not sell any computers manufactured in the US.
Ford sold 20 percent of theri shares in Mazda (a japanese company) to remain solvent.
The US is trying to find out how to get over building gas-guzzling SUVs.
I think the us is just around 20, in a 1-to-100 scale.
Kay – what are you basing that figure on. My figure is a total WAG – if you figure is a WAG too, I need to know.
In terms of capability, US ranks par with other technically advanced countries such as Japan and Germany. But for actual output using its capability, it ranks around 50 in a scale 1 to 100.
