Third world kids have free solar-powered laptops, and almost all of Europe has universal wireless internet – where ever you stand.

Kay – what are you basing that figure on. My figure is a total WAG – if you figure is a WAG too, I need to know.
In terms of capability, US ranks par with other technically advanced countries such as Japan and Germany. But for actual output using its capability, it ranks around 50 in a scale 1 to 100.
