how much do you think a motorhome is worth?
i have a 1990 ford aries with the 460 V8 with only 55,000 miles on it and it runs really great and in great shape to. The paint is fading in some areas but not bad.Its a 29 footer with generator and Solar Panel on top to keep the battery’s full of charge when camping. So how would you say it is worth or is there a blue book for rvs that’s for free?
i tried kellys blue book and they only do cars and trucks. the generator works wonder never had any problems with it. do everybody think that i could get ten grand for it or less?
Dont use the internet as a guide. Call a local RV dealer and ask them the value. I’ve seen 40 foot southwinds around the 90’s for sale anywhere from 6-13grand. The older RV is somewhat undesirable, The reason why I said call a RV dealer (they buy old RV’s and try to get people to buy new ones, just like car dealers), Is with the valuable extras you have on yours, you will not get a fair price. The Solar Panels and generator add value. Most RV’s dont come with solar panels, and the older ones generators generally do not work anymore.
