Usb Solar Panel

How can I charge my laptop with a Solar Panel?
I have a 5 watt .350ma Solar Cell ( ~14.25volts).
I was wondering if I could use it to charge my laptop.
I have seen Solar Cells that plug into a laptop (maybe through the usb port, I don't know.)
Mine only comes with a red and black wire so is there some sort of converter that I could use.
Do I have to be careful of overcharging it or will my computer know how to manage the electricity?
If you could link me to some product it would be of great help.
Don't worry about overcharging. Your laptop's built-in battery charger will do the right thing. After all, when you plug into a wall charger, the laptop doesn't overcharge.
You could get the right adapter to plug the red and black into your laptop, but my concern would be that you don't have enough voltage. Most laptops I've seen take 18-20 volts as input.
The panel is also far weaker than a wall charger, so it obviously wouldn't be able to power the laptop, only charge the battery when the laptop is off, assuming it could charge at all. Also, I would expect the charging would take a long time - a week or more for one charge, assuming you don't use the laptop during that week.
